Run your first export

Step-by-step walkthrough of exporting comments from a single post.

3 min read·Getting started

An export pulls all comments from a public social post and saves them to your dashboard.

Step 1 — Copy the post URL

Open the post you want to export on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or X (Twitter), and copy its URL from the address bar.

Step 2 — Paste & start

  1. In your dashboard, go to New Export.
  2. Paste the URL into the input — we'll auto-detect the platform.
  3. Pick your export format (CSV, Excel, JSON, or Google Sheets).
  4. Click Start export.

Step 3 — Download

Most exports finish in seconds for typical posts and a few minutes for posts with thousands of comments. You'll find the file in Export History as soon as it's ready.

Tip: you can keep using the dashboard while an export runs in the background.
