Export is stuck or failed — what to do

Most common causes

• The post is from a private account — only public posts are supported.
• The post was deleted between when you copied the URL and when we tried to fetch it.
• The platform is rate-limiting us — usually self-resolves within a few minutes.
• The URL is malformed (missing video ID, e.g.).

Fixes

1. Open the URL in an incognito window — does it load? If not, the post is private or removed.
2. Try again in 5 minutes if the platform is busy.
3. Re-copy the URL from the post's share button.
4. Still stuck? Contact support with your export ID and we'll investigate within a few hours.
